Bryce Canyon National Park is known for its unique geology and sprawling landscape. During the Ice Age, glaciers sliced through the red stone, leaving behind odd shapes and beautiful scenery. But the park's beauty doesn't disappear once the sun sets. In fact, it lights up.
MyMissourian is a community-generated news website for the city of Columbia. Citizens can submit audio, video and text stories to the website to be published. MyMissourian is owned by the Columbia Missourian newspaper.
At my time with MyMissourian, I helped encourage residents to sumbit to the website. I also edited their submissions and edited the audio and video if their posts had those elements. I helped market MyMissourian through social networks and learned about the rise of citizen-generated news around the U.S. Visit MyMissourian here for my information.
